Additional affiliate websites, products and services to be made available through the site, are provided on an agency basis on behalf of the Principal, Principal’s policies and rules.

A main website with restricted access for Surveys, educational information management consultancy, brand consultancy and advisory on: – training and awareness, business cards and photography design and printing, brand valuations, art valuations, brand evaluations, performance evaluations, brand audit, data protection audit, reports and notifications, corporate wear, corporate gifts, calligram art, typography and online shopping.
An affiliate website and a new media platform, visual/ literal artist and expert directory with restricted access that allow artists and experts that are freelancers to register and list services and employers to register and request services.
3. HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE
TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION is assigned to the role and responsibility on the site to provide account management, brand management and data management services on an agency basis and provide the principal with a report. TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION prepares the information, content, posts and uploads in consultation with the authorized user.
You are allowed to access our services as a Site Visitor with restricted access and Registered User with Full Access to a Package accordingly. We reserve the right to revoke your right to use our website and services at any time without a notice period or written notice.
4. REGISTRATION
You must apply to register for an account to have full access to our website and services. Your application for registration is subject to approval. You must apply to and register for an account with TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION “Tanaka Chikwenhere” “TC” “us”, to access and use specific services with restricted access. Registered Users and Subscribers of our website and services are Authorized Users “Users”. Unregistered users are Site Visitors.
Your account registration is subject to approval by TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION. A valid certificate of registration is issued when you register for an account on the website for a specific period. We reserve the right to accept or decline registration applications. Upon registration of @brandambasssador.co.zw, it remains property and asset of TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION and users are only authorized to use the emails for lawful purposes. The emails accounts are available to be registered as rental property. Authorized users are liable for all the loss, damage, harm, illegal and misleading information that is done through their email addresses during their agreed period to rent an account. By registering an account, users be and are hereby entering into a rental agreement to pay rentals to TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION. The email addresses are however managed by designated account managers.
6. COMMISSION
TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION be and is hereby entitled to receive a 20% commission on all the payments made from business derived from the websites and affiliate sites within our ecosystem.
Sales representatives and account managers be and are hereby entitled to receive a 10% commission on a payment from the business derived from their direct time, effort, and investment to facilitate the business transaction.
7. ACCOUNT TYPES
Professional Accounts are for individual clients, freelancers, professionals and experts. Corporate accounts are for employees, company representatives and agents on behalf of a company.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Using our services doesn’t mean you can use any of our trademarks, copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights. We reserve all the rights to our Intellectual Property, whilst we let you use and access our sites and services. Our logos, names, marks, symbols and icons are our intellectual property, trademarks and registered trademarks in certain classes in Zimbabwe.
Any other product, company name, brand name, logo, mark or symbol shared and used on our website may be the Authorized User’s trademark and they might have Intellectual Property Rights. The Intellectual Property Rights holder retains the rights to their Intellectual Property and Trademarks.
By posting content on the site, you give other users some rights to that content. Whenever you post content on our site, you give us and our users a right to use, edit and share that content without your permission and paying you royalties.

You are not allowed to use our website and services to do anything illegal and misleading.

Fees, commissions and charges will be disclosed on the website, invoices and marketing material.
11. LIMITED LIABILITY
TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION is not held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or any loss of reputation, profits, revenue or data. The liability is limited to the transaction amount paid by the user.
12. TERM AND TERMINATION
These terms be and are hereby given effect when you first access or use the site and remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with this section.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the administrator. Termination takes effect upon confirmation by TANAKA CHIKWENHERE PRIVATE BUSINESS CORPORATION accordingly. Termination can be done immediately when you are in breach, via written notice, when illegal activity is suspected or as a requirement for regulatory compliance.
